1. All dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the park and in any area of the facility except the off-leash playgroups.
2. All dogs must have current vaccinations and should be healthy and free from contagious disease, parasites, fleas and ticks.
3. Dogs must be in view of and within voice control of their handler/owner at all times.
4. Pinch, choker chains and spiked collars and harnesses must be removed from dogs prior to entering the dog park.
5. Dog owners/handlers must carry a leash with them at all times while in the park.
6. Dog owners/handlers are responsible for picking up, mopping upand disposing of their dog’s waste.
7. Dogs in heat are prohibited.
8. Dogs showing any signs of aggression will be asked to leave the playgroup. If behavior continues, they will be asked to leave the park.
9. All dogs must be under the control of an adult and there is a limit of 3 dogs per adult in the park at
any one time. Please see us with any special needs.
10. While small bite size training treats are permitted on the grounds,they are not allowed in the play groups for any reason. Glass containers, food in bowls, and long lasting chews are not allowed in the park. Human food is not allowed in the playgroups. Drinks are allowed, but no glass containers please.
11. Smoking is prohibited in the park.
12. No shoes with cleats, spikes or stiletto type heels are allowed in the park.
13. Owners/handlers must promptly respond to any request to call or control their dog(s).
14. No children under the age of 8 are allowed in the playgroups. All minors must have parental supervision. Children can easily be run over or knocked down by running or playful dogs. Children should be watched carefully and should never be out of arm’s reach. Children should never carry food, drinks or toys in the park. (However for the Mingle with Marley Event, you must be 21+ years of age)
